1. Who we are
Mobilo ("we", "us", "the Platform") operates an online tech shop and marketplace based in Rhodes, Greece — Mixail Petridi 63, 85100 Rhodes. Contact: mobiloshopapp@gmail.com.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or using any feature of mobilo.gr or the app, you fully agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be (a) at least 18 years old and (b) legally able to enter into a contract under Greek law. To use commercial features (listing, buying, selling, chat) you must complete identity verification via Stripe Identity (ID document + selfie + age confirmation).
4. Account and security
You are solely responsible for the security of your password, all activity on your account, and the accuracy of the information you submit. We offer email/password, Google, and biometric (WebAuthn) sign-in. You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
5. User-to-user listings (C2C)
As a seller you represent that you are the lawful owner of the item, that it is not counterfeit, stolen or under any legal dispute, and that the description and photos truthfully reflect its condition. You are responsible for your own tax obligations on your sales.
6. Platform fees
Posting a listing costs €0.75 (one-off, non-refundable) via Stripe Checkout. Optional listing promotion costs €2.00 per day. There is no commission on the final sale price — buyer payments are sent directly to your bank via Stripe Connect Express.
7. Payments & Stripe Connect
All payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Ireland). To receive payouts as a seller you must complete Stripe Connect Express onboarding, providing identity, address, and IBAN details. Stripe pays you directly — Mobilo does not hold your funds in escrow.
8. Buyer rights
Under Greek Law 2251/1994 and EU consumer protection rules, for new products sold by Mobilo you have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the product, no reason required. For pre-owned items from user listings, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy when the item does not match the listing description.
9. Prohibited items
You may not list: counterfeit or pirated goods, weapons, drugs, stolen property, third-party personal data, digital service accounts, or any product that violates Greek/EU law or any third-party right.
10. Prohibited conduct
You may not: harass other users, post misleading information, use automation (scraping, bots), bypass security or verification controls, or share personal contact info outside the safe in-app chat (which auto-blocks phones, emails, and IBANs). This is in place to protect you from payment scams.
11. Authenticity inspections & repairs
Mobilo offers an optional authenticity inspection service for C2C items and specialised on-site phone repairs in Rhodes. Repairs are covered by a 3-month warranty on parts and labour.
12. Sell-to-Mobilo (local buy-back)
Rhodes residents only: you can request an instant valuation for your phone via "Sell to Mobilo". An offer is provided within 48 hours. The transaction is completed only in person at our shop, paid in cash. We do not accept shipments for buy-backs.
13. Intellectual property (see also §20)
All software, design, logos, trade name, imagery, and original copy of the Platform are owned exclusively by Mobilo and are protected by Greek and EU intellectual-property law. See §20 for the licence you grant on your own content.
14. Platform liability
Mobilo acts as an intermediary for C2C transactions and is not liable for breaches between users. For products sold directly by Mobilo, all statutory warranties apply. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid to the Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
15. Account suspension / termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, commit fraud, harass other users, or use the Platform unlawfully. You may close your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account (GDPR).
16. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Rhodes have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers retain their rights under Regulation 1215/2012.
17. Dispute resolution (ODR)
For out-of-court consumer dispute resolution, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or the Greek Consumer Ombudsman.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

20. Licence on your content
When you post a listing, review, or photo, you grant Mobilo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purposes of operating, promoting, and protecting the Platform. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained for legal compliance.
